1. Introduction

Welcome to Unformal Design. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

• We provide interior design consultation, design concepts, material sourcing, and project execution.
• All services will be detailed in a signed proposal or contract before commencement.
• Design concepts remain the intellectual property of Unformal Design until full payment is received.

3. Payments

• A deposit of [X%] is required before project commencement.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may incur a [X%] monthly interest fee.

4. Revisions & Changes

• The package includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
• Major scope changes after design approval will require a new agreement and may affect timelines and costs.

5. Materials & Products

• We source from trusted suppliers, but cannot guarantee against manufacturing defects, shipping delays, or product availability.
• Responsibility for maintenance and warranty lies with the supplier or manufacturer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Timelines

• Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith.
• Delays caused by clients (e.g., late approvals, unavailable site access, or delayed payments) may affect delivery schedules.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information, measurements, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure site access during agreed working hours.
• Secure necessary permits (if applicable), unless otherwise arranged.

8. Liability

• Unformal Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• On-site risks, including accidents, must be covered by client’s insurance unless otherwise specified.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, renderings, and mood boards are the property of Unformal Design until full payment is made.
• You may not reproduce, resell, or use designs for other projects without written consent.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is canceled after design delivery, fees for completed work must be settled in full.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential, unless written permission is given.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of  Thailand
